We will also let you know the cost of professional installation, but if you prefer to install the memorial yourself, we can provide a supply only quote for pickup.

  • Plaques: Usually ready in 3–4 weeks

  • Headstones not in stock: If your chosen design needs to be ordered, it generally takes 2–3 months to arrive. Once the stone is here, all inscriptions, photos, and design elements are completed.

Yes, you need council permission and yes, we can help. Local councils require permission before a headstone or plaque can be installed. They also set specific rules around the size, shape, and style of memorials, which can vary between different areas, or for each different cemetery. We handle this entire process for you -our team works directly with the council to ensure your chosen memorial meets all regulations and is approved before installation.

Yes absolutely. We will provide a visual design proof for you to review and approve before we start any work on your memorial. Once we have your wording and a sense of the style you’d like, we’ll create a range of design options for you to consider. This may include:

Our team has extensive experience with memorial design, and we take great pride in ensuring everything looks just right. Nothing is engraved or produced until you have approved the final design.

In some cases, yes but it depends on the cemetery. For private cemeteries and urupā, families often choose to install the memorial themselves, and we are happy to supply the stone for this. If you’d like to install the memorial yourself, please talk to us and we’ll let you know if it’s permitted at the place of burial, and we can adjust your quote accordingly if you will be doing this yourself.

Full payment is due prior to installation and we can help with payment plans. After your design is finalised, we’ll provide a full quote. A deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due before installation. Payment plans are available as long as the memorial is paid in full before installation or collection.

Yes. We provide headstones and memorial plaques across the Bay of Plenty, and can arrange delivery NZ-wide. Installation may be available depending on your cemetery.
