Finalist – Essential Business of the Year

Following some close family losses we have engaged the Osbornes Funeral Home team in Rotorua for their help in creating a fitting farewell. The team were friendly, engaging, and really took their time to find out what we needed so they could adapt their service to suit. I have used them on three separate occasions, for three very different services, and they went above and beyond every time. They make a difficult time that much easier, highly recommended.

A huge thank you to Taupaki, Adam and Angela for all your patience as we her 6 daughters planned a farewell for our Mum. All very professional, organised and accommodating of our needs and wishes. We are very happy with how smoothly everything was undertaken at every stage. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Very highly recommended!!

I would just like to acknowledge Osbornes funeral Directors for making everything so stress-free for our family when our Mum passed. From organizing the transport of Mum from Whakatane to Rotorua, to the service details and catering. They took so much stress away from us we didn’t have to worry about Mums funeral etc we got to spend time with our family.
